After gating and feeder calculations by our engineers, molds prepared using resin sand mixers are painted with special mold paint and made ready for casting.
First-class raw materials are melted in induction furnaces. Casting is performed after Spectrometer approval. Cooled molds are broken down and sand is sent to the reclamation unit.
After approximately 12 hours of heat treatment, a controlled cooling process is applied according to the material type and desired hardness level.
Using Spectrometer and Hardness Testers, the chemical and physical properties of the part are verified in our laboratory environment.
Parts cleaned by grinding and shot blasting are checked against technical drawings. After Crack Detection Test (NDT) approval, they are packed for shipment.
